Do you sell to professionals?

Are the block stone products hollow?
We recommend cylindrical/conical legs are hollow to reduce weight and prevent damage to your floor. If you prefer otherwise, we can customize it
Are travertine and marble tables suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. They are perfectly safe for outdoor use. Keep them safe from rain & snow though.
What is the right dining table size?
According to international standards, you would need 24 inches per dining chair. Our standard 78x35-inch tables are suitable for 3 dining chairs on each side. For oval or elliptical tables, we recommend 87 inches. For round tables, we suggest 43-47 inches for 4 chairs, 55-59 inches for 6 chairs, and 63 inches for 8 chairs.
Where do you manufacture?
Our workshop is very close to marble and travertine quarries in Turkiye, which helps us save money on transportation of these heavy stones.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay by the invoice.

Do you store my credit card information?
We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All credit card processing is done through Shopify or Revolut secure system, which is fully compliant with all privacy regulations.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take to receive my products?
It takes between 11-20 business days depending on final destination & complexity of the parcel.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at check out by the volumetric weight of the item. We offer very favourable terms for shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We offer international shipping to many destinations. Rates vary by destination and complexity.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS Express if otherwise not agreed upon. Depending on the situation, we may select alternative carriers to best meet delivery needs.
How can I track my order?
Every order is assigned a tracking number. You will receive this information once your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your package's journey. You can track your order here
What should I do if my shipment is delayed?
If you notice your shipment status hasn't changed for two consecutive days, please contact us & we will conduct an investigation immediately.
What do I do if my items arrive damaged?
In case of receiving damaged items, please take photographs of the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a resolution. Read more about refunds here.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition, excluding custom-made products; read the full policyhere.
Are shipping costs refundable?
No, original shipping fees and the shipping charges for returning the items are not refundable. If you received complimentary shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
How do I return a product?

What if I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it.
How long does it take to process returns?
