Travertable Limited Warranty

At Travertable, we take pride in crafting exceptional stone furniture pieces designed to stand the test of time. Each item is meticulously crafted and inspected to ensure quality and durability. We are committed to providing you with products that bring elegance to your space while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.

We offer a limited one-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect that is not a result of normal use, inherent qualities of the material, or improper care, Travertable will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part(s) during this warranty period. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please email us at hello@travertable.com with the following information:

  1. A brief description of the defect.
  2. Photos of the defect.
  3. Proof of purchase (sales invoice or receipt).

Our team will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Limitations and Exceptions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Improper Care or Cleaning:
    Damage caused by the use of chemical detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents.
  • Wear and Tear or Negligence:
    Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or neglect, including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, scuffs, and watermarks.
  • Natural Stone Characteristics:
    Variations in color, pattern, veining, fine cracks (fissures), small holes, or other natural imperfections inherent to marble or travertine. These characteristics are part of the material’s natural beauty and are not considered defects.
  • Product Modifications:
    Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals or third parties.
  • Outdoor Use or Chemical Treatments:
    Products used outdoors or treated with protective coatings not authorized by Travertable. These actions void all warranties.
  • Website Illustration Variations:
    Differences between your product and website illustrations, including slight variations in color or pattern, are considered normal and are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Coverage Terms

  • Items repaired or replaced under this warranty will remain covered only for the duration of the original warranty period.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects discovered within the warranty period, including materials, replacement parts, labor, and transportation fees.

For defects identified after the warranty period, the costs for materials, replacement parts, labor, and transportation will be the responsibility of the customer.
