Do you sell to professionals?

Are the block stone products hollow?

We recommendcylindrical/conical legs are hollow to reduce weight and prevent damage to your floor.

Are travertine and marble tables suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. They are perfectly safe for outdoor use.

What is the right dining table size?

According to international standards, you would need 60 cm per dining chair. Our standard 200x90cm tables are suitable for 3 dining chairs on each side. For oval or elliptical tables, we recommend 220 cm. For round tables, we suggest 110-120cm for 4 chairs, 140-150cm for 6 chairs, and 160cm for 8 chairs.

Why are your prices so good?

Our workshop is very close to marble and travertine quarries in Turkey, which helps us save money on transportation of these heavy stones. Also, you buy directly from us, the makers, so there are no extra costs. This is why our prices are so affordable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay by invoice. You can pay cash on delivery. You can make a 30% deposit and pay the rest when the goods are ready.

Will my personal details be kept private?

Yes, protecting your personal details is of utmost importance to us. We only use your information to process your order, and Shopify's checkout system complies with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.

Do you store my credit card information?

We do not have any access to your credit card details on our servers. All credit card processing is done through Shopify's secure system, which is fully compliant with all privacy regulations.

How long does it take to receive my products?

It takes between 3-8 weeks depending on final destination & complexity of the parcel.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out. We offer very favourable terms for shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We offer international shipping to many destinations.  Rates vary by destination and complexity.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We utilize reputable carriers like DHL for orders within the EU, and FedEx and UPS for orders within the USA. Depending on the situation, we may select alternative carriers to best meet delivery needs.

How can I track my order?

Every order is assigned a tracking number. You will receive this information once your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your package's journey.

What should I do if my shipment is lost or delayed?

If you notice your shipment status hasn't changed for two consecutive days, please contact us. For lost shipments, we will conduct an investigation that may last up to 4 weeks, after which we may offer a refund or replacement.

What do I do if my items arrive damaged?

In case of receiving damaged items, please take photographs of the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a partial refund or a replacement.

What happens with returned packages?

If a package is returned through no fault of the sender, it can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds for such returns will exclude the shipping costs incurred by the sender.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your refund policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the shipment date. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, free of any stains or damage.

Are shipping costs refundable?

No, original shipping fees and the shipping charges for returning the items are not refundable. If you received complimentary shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please contact us immediately to process the cancellation.

What happens with damaged or incorrect items?

Please report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit for you.

How long does it take to process returns?

Returns are processed within 4-7 business days after we receive them. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

What if my shipment is lost or damaged?

In case of a lost shipment, we will conduct an investigation for up to 4 weeks. If the package is not found, we will offer a refund or replacement. For damaged items, please provide photographic evidence to arrange for a resolution.
