At Travertable, our goal is to bring timeless stone design from our workshop directly to your home. Whether you are in New York, London, or Berlin, we manage the logistics to ensure your piece arrives safely and securely.
1. Order Confirmation & Processing
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and authorized your payment.
- Next Steps: Your order immediately enters our fulfillment queue. We will review the details and prepare your item for crating.
- Missing Email? If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please email us at hello@travertable.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received" and we will assist you immediately.

3. International Clients (Rest of World)
We frequently deliver to design lovers globally. Because we subsidize shipping costs, our international quotes are often very comparable to our USA rates.

4. Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver all orders within 20 business days of purchase. Because we deal with heavy, high-value stone items, we prioritize safety over speed.
Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-off Time:
- Handling Time: 8–10 Business Days (Crating & Preparation)
- Transit Time: 8–10 Business Days (Shipping)
- Total Delivery Goal: ~20 Business Days
- Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT+02:00) Eastern European Standard Time.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been professionally crated and handed over to our courier partners (FedEx or UPS), you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.
- Status Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.
- Inquiries: If you haven't received a tracking number after 10 business days, please contact us.
6. Sourcing & Order Security
- Sourcing: While our main logistics center is in Bucharest, Romania, specific custom pieces may be shipped directly from our atelier in Türkiye to expedite delivery. This does not affect your shipping cost or total order value or taxes.
- Verification: To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to verify payment details before dispatching an order. In rare cases, we may request address verification.
