Cancellation policy
At Travertable, we create heavy, permanent pieces of stone furniture. We want you to love your piece forever. However, if something isn't right, we offer a comprehensive 100-Day Return Policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Grace Period (0–24 Hours):
You may cancel your order for a full refund (including deposits) within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation Fee (After 24 Hours):
If you cancel after the 24-hour grace period (but before shipping), a flat 10% Administrative Fee (calculated on the total order value) will apply to cover allocation and crating costs.
2. How the 30% Deposit Works
- Initial Deposit: You pay a 30% down payment at checkout to reserve your stone furniture and start the process.
- Photo Approval: Once your piece is finished and crated, we will email you detailed photos of the final product.
- Final Payment: Only after you approve the photos, we will charge the remaining 70% balance to your original payment method.
- Shipping: Your order will ship immediately after the final balance is settled.
Cancellation of Deposit Orders:
If you choose to cancel your order after the 24-hour grace period, we will deduct the 10% Administrative Fee (10% of the total order value) from your deposit and refund the remaining difference to you.

4. Returns & Damages
Photo Approval:
Because you approve the photos of the final piece before we charge the balance and ship, the aesthetic character of the stone is considered confirmed/non-defective once it leaves our facility.
Return Eligibility (100 Days):
You have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in original condition. You must retain the original wooden crate; returns cannot be accepted without it.
Damages:
Please inspect your crate immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us at hello@travertable.com so we can make it right at no cost to you.
Refund Timeline:
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
