Delivery & Returns

Delivery pricing from $29 (Home Accents), $139 (Statement Furniture) to $239 (Grand Scale).

We aim to deliver orders to the United States within 20 business days of your purchase date. As a European design house, we manage biweekly transatlantic shipments using our premium courier partners (FedEx & UPS) to ensure a seamless arrival at your home.

Please note that to ensure maximum protection during transit, your piece will be professionally packed in a custom wooden crate and fully insured. Delivery is Curbside, meaning the crate will be unloaded at the end of your driveway or curb.

*Home Accents (0–10kg) include stone trays. Statement Furniture (10–200kg) includes side and console tables. Grand Scale (200kg+) includes dining tables, coffee tables, and large console tables.

Sourcing Note:

While the majority of our stock is held in our European logistics center (Bucharest), custom pieces may be shipped directly from our atelier in Türkiye to expedite your delivery. To organize a return, please contact us at hello@travertable.com within 100 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that for standard returns (change of mind), you are responsible for the actual third-party freight cost to return the item to our warehouse, plus a 10% restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from your total refund.

Your item must be in its original condition and packed securely in the original wooden crate.
