Stunning table & a delivery story we won't forget

I was honestly so nervous about buying a coffee table this expensive online without seeing it in person first but I am so glad I did because this piece is absolutely stunning and completely transforms my living room.

I have to mention the delivery because it was a total adventure! FedEx showed up in a large van and actually got stuck in the snow and mud outside our house. The poor guy was there all day trying to get out so we were bringing him drinks and snacks to keep him going. That was really a delivery to remember! The shipping took longer than expected but they made it up to us by offering a side table free of charge which was honestly amazing and totally unexpected service.

When it finally got inside the packaging was incredible. It came in a super secure wooden crate and was wrapped perfectly so there were no cracks or chips. Just be warned that you cannot move this by yourself because it is solid stone and weighs a ton. The quality is just unmatched and it is definitely not some cheap hollow material. It feels cool to the touch and the creamy beige color is perfect. I love that it has two levels because it makes styling fun with books and drinks plus there are no sharp corners so I don't worry about my nieces getting hurt when they run around.

It feels like a piece of art that I will have forever. A huge thank you to Cihat and Liana for everything and I already plan to order a matching dining table with them!

Do your research because I almost overpaid by thousands

I spent weeks obsessing over travertine tables before I finally made a choice. I was this close to buying the "Tuscani" table from another major brand for almost $7,000 because I assumed the high price tag meant it was the best quality.

I am so glad I dug into the details first. If you look at the specs sheet for that other brand, you will see their stone is often thinner (around 0.8 inches). This table from Travertable is a solid 1.2 inches thick. It might sound like a small detail but you can absolutely feel the difference. It feels incredibly substantial and luxurious rather than fragile. It is crazy to me that I got a thicker and better quality stone for about $2,500 less.

The service here was also just superior. The other company had a huge wait time but Travertable offered fast delivery. I also really appreciated that I could do a down payment instead of paying everything upfront. It made the purchase feel much easier. I even asked Cihat about custom sizes for my next order and they were super helpful and flexible.

If you are debating between the big name brands and this one just compare the thickness and the price. I saved thousands and honestly ended up with a better table.

We aim to deliver orders to the United States within 20 business days of your purchase date. As a European design house, we manage biweekly transatlantic shipments using our premium courier partners (FedEx & UPS) to ensure a seamless arrival at your home.

Please note that to ensure maximum protection during transit, your piece will be professionally packed in a custom wooden crate and fully insured. Delivery is Curbside, meaning the crate will be unloaded at the end of your driveway or curb.

*Home Accents (0–10kg) include stone trays. Statement Furniture (10–200kg) includes side and console tables. Grand Scale (200kg+) includes dining tables, coffee tables, and large console tables.

Sourcing Note:

While the majority of our stock is held in our European logistics center (Bucharest), custom pieces may be shipped directly from our atelier in Türkiye to expedite your delivery. To organize a return, please contact us at hello@travertable.com within 100 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that for standard returns (change of mind), you are responsible for the actual third-party freight cost to return the item to our warehouse, plus a 10% restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from your total refund.

Your item must be in its original condition and packed securely in the original wooden crate.
